SHIPPING POLICY

I normally ship within 5-7 business days of receiving order/payment. However, during different times of the year those times can change. 

I ship by USPS within the US and trackable signed-for delivery for the rest of the World (shipping costs will vary).

If for some reason you require your piece within a certain timeframe for a special occasion, please feel free to reach out via email.

I may or may not be able to accommodate your request. 



CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND FEES for INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

You are responsible for any additional customs, duties, fees, taxes, VAT that may be applied/incurred on your package when it arrives. Different countries have different customs assessments. Please verify what your country's policies are prior to placing your order. Refunds and/or returns will not be processed for non-receipt due to refusal to pay customs duties, VAT, taxes or other applied fees, as these are the responsibility of .

NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS.

 

If you would like to make changes to your order, please reach out via email.

Type "cancel" in the subject line followed by your order number.

We cannot guarantee your order will be cancelled upon request, but will do our best prior to processing.

If your order has been processed, you will not be able to make any adjustments.

Once your order is placed, please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing. You will receive tracking information when the order has shipped.

All orders will be shipped USPS ground. 

REPAIRS

I may or may not accept any and all requests for repairs.

Repairs require time & materials therefore the cost of a basic repair

starts at $65 but may exceed that price depending on the piece.

My goal is for you to have a piece that stays with you as long as possible so please don't hesitate to reach out.
